We live in a world of convenience. The technology we have today is wonderful, but it's also made us lazy...and fat.
People are glued to their tv's, video games, and computers. We also choose to take the elevators and escalators because it's easier instead of the stairs. Now don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with these things, BUT we need to be able to incorporate exercise into our daily routine somehow.
When people think exercise, they think long hours at the gym. What we sometimes DON'T realize is that taking the stairs instead of the elevator is exercise, parking a little bit farther from the entrance is exercise...these little things can make a big difference in our overall health.

The benefits of exercise can be something as simple as having more energy (ok, so this is a huge benefit) to something more complex as fighting cancer.
In our fast paced world we sometimes forget to take care of ourselves. It's easier to get some fast food and be on our way, right. What about walking, does anybody do that anymore?
If we took the time to understand the benefits to exercise and how it can help us in our daily lives then we would be healthier people.
