Well, I'm going to give you the BEST exercise to lose weight and it's something you probably never thought about and it's the easiest....ever!
The best exercises to lose weight is...the exercise that you will actually get up and do.
It's that simple! It's all in your head, you have to commit yourself to something, anything that get's your body moving will get you going in the right direction.
What were you expecting? Another gadget or miracle pill? No, you already have what you need to lose weight. You just have to get your mind right to achieve the results.
Most of the time when it comes to exercise, people stop working out because they either get bored or they get injured.
Don't let this be you! Find something you enjoy and just get it done. It doesn't have to be long and tedious. It can be fun and energizing.

- Walking - this is said to be one of the best exercises to lose weight. Calories burned per mile of walking depend mostly
on how much you weigh…basically the more you weigh, the more you burn. The best way to burn more calories walking is to go further.
- Squats - this motion is a powerful exercise for working many different muscle groups. Any time you use major muscle groups, you burn more calories. There are different variations of squats, you can start with a standard squat.
* Keep your feet shoulder width apart.
* Keep your weight on your heels as you "sit" down (imagine that you're about to sit in a chair).
* Keep your head up and look forward while extending your arms in front as you "sit".
* Do 3 sets of 10.
- Burpee's - this will condition your whole body. This will develop strength, lots of power and endurance.
* Start in a squat position with your hands on the floor in front of you.
* Keep your hands on the floor while you kick your feet back into a pushup position.
* Immediately move your feet back to the squat position with your hands still on the floor.
* Jump as high as you can from the squat position.
* Repeat
Do as many as you can, as fast as you can for at least 30 seconds. This may be confused with the squat thrust. The Burpee includes a vertical jump , while with the squat thrust you just stand up.
- Mountain Climbers - This challenges the legs, core and the heart. It also help to build endurance and agility. This move is advanced so listen to your body or you can use a small step to make it more comfortable.
* Start in a pushup position on your hands and toes
* Bring your right knee towards your chest, putting the right foot on the floor.
* Quickly switch legs and bring the left foot towards the chest and place it on the floor while you bring the right foot back.
All this time you're keeping your hands on the ground in the pushup position. Continue alternating your feet as fast as you can for 30-60 seconds.
- Jumping Jacks - this is an aerobic workout for the whole body. Jumping is also good for building bone density. Do four or five sets of 20 jumping jacks.
- Jump Rope - provides a total body workout in as little as 15-20 minutes. This will also help you to be quick on your feet (agility).
- Swimming - this is a fun exercise for everyone. It's an excellent cardio workout that uses your entire body.
- Rowing - a great way to tone your arms and burn calories at the same time. This helps your body get into it's fat burning zone quickly. If you can't get to the gym to use a rowing machine, you can always get resistance bands and put it around the leg of a table or anything else that's sturdy and create your own "rowing machine".
- Dancing - this is a fun way to burn calories. Spend at least 30 minutes dancing to your favorite tunes or watch your favorite video and dance along.
- Step Ups - great way to get your heart beating and burn calories. This will help you lose weight and shape up your butt and legs. You can use your stairs at home. (I like to use a stable chair. This is a huge step, but you can feel it in your butt and it gets your heart pumping!)
