It's really just about eating right and in moderation. Too much of anything isn't good for you.

The best kinds of food to eat that burn the fat around your stomach are foods that are high in protein and fiber.

Did you know that it takes more of your body's energy to digest protein than it does to digest fat? The more protein you eat, the more calories your body will burn.

  • Lean Beef - rich in protein; when eating beef, make sure to consume the leanest cuts you can find by looking on the labels for for "loin" or "round".

    Besides, fruits contain fiber, and fiber helps you to feel full which in turn helps to prevent overeating. Fruits and vegetables are excellent fat burning foods. There are plenty of fruits you can choose from and they taste GOOD!
