Good-Bye Flat Butt...
HELLO Hour Glass Figure!

You don't have to be stuck with a flat butt. We all know that a sexy hour glass figure consists of having big boobs, an itty-bitty waist with round hips and butt.

Now, a lot of women get plastic surgery to enhance their breasts since you can't "grow" them. Your breasts are made up of fat so you can't work out to make your breasts bigger, although you can work the muscle underneath to make them "appear" bigger with an enhanced cleavage.

Just like there are padded bra's to enhance your bust, there are also butt pads to help enhance your flat butt...but why use them when you can enhance your OWN backside with butt building exercises?

Women (and some men) want a bigger butt too, it's the "new boobs"! Besides...a round, curvy butt is more appealing than a flat butt.

While you can't get bigger boobs with exercise (just an enhanced look, which will still do the job), your booty is a totally different story. Your butt muscle is the largest muscle in your body. This means it can be worked out and grow bigger like any other muscle in your body.

You see the guys out there pumpin' iron to make their chest or biceps bigger, well you can pump some iron and build a nice round butt too!

Women don't produce testosterone like men do, so don't worry about getting too bulky like a body builder. You can definitely get that sexy hourglass figure with the right butt exercises.

Besides the right exercises for a bigger butt...in order to turn your flat butt into a nice round booty, it's going to take dedication and consistency.

To get that sexy curvy booty, make sure to use heavy weights and low reps when doing butt exercises.

The heavy weights will help to stress the butt muscle. Your muscles will then respond to this stress by growing bigger. That way it's capable of handling more stress later on.

Since doing these shorter sets with heavy weights actually stimulate your muscles to grow, if you're just looking to "tone" your backend rather than adding some size, you'll want to do more reps with less weight.

Either way, you can still say good-bye to your flat butt and HELLO to some sexy curves!

Some butt building exercises you can do are backward lunges, squats, step ups and side lunges. Make sure to press through your heels when doing any of these exercises. Don't forget to add enough weight so that you can ONLY do 2-3 sets of 8-10 reps.

Make sure you let your butt muscles rest between your workouts. Do the exercises for butt 2-3 times a week with a day off in between workouts.
