Stability Ball Exercises
~ Force Your Abs To Work! ~

Stability ball exercises can ultimately shape your core to the MAX!

Using a core exercise ball is excellent for working your core muscles.

The difference with using a stability ball vs. on the floor is that while on the floor, your legs tend to get involved in the exercise for the abdominals. When using the stability ball, your abs are forced to do more of the work.

While the abs are forced to work harder on the ball, your entire body helps to stabilize you throughout the exercise. If you just sit on a stability ball, you're working your abs!

You can find stability ball exercises in the 100 Abdominal Exercises Directory.

There are plenty of exercises that are easy enough for beginners and there are also some exercises that will challenge even the advanced athlete. Find what works for yourself and go with it.

When performing stability ball exercises don't forget to make sure your form is on point. Don't fool yourself into thinking that 100 sloppy moves are better than 10 "quality" ones.

Quality is definitely better than quantity...and that goes for any exercise you perform period.
